Easy Peanut Butter Cookie
Ingredients:
1 cup of peanut butter
1 egg
½ cup of sugar
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together. Take teaspoons of mixture, roll into ball and place on ungreased non-stick cookie sheet. Smash down with fork. Bake in oven 8-10 mins.
